Refund Policy

At Scalerz Automation, we strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services provided. However, if you are not satisfied with the results after using our services, we offer flexible refund and extension options based on the package you have chosen. 

Basic and Pro Packages
- If you are unsatisfied with the performance of your store after 30 days, you are eligible for an extension of the service term to further improve results.
- If after the extension period you are still not satisfied, we offer full or partial refunds based on the performance of your store (i.e., the revenue generated). Refunds will be determined by reviewing the overall performance during the service term.

VIP Package

- For clients enrolled in the VIP package, if you are unhappy with your store's performance after 60 days, you are eligible for an extension of the service term.
- If you are still not satisfied after the extension, we offer full or partial refunds depending on the performance of your store (i.e., the revenue generated). Refunds will be evaluated based on the store’s success during the service period.

Refund Eligibility Criteria
- Refunds will be calculated based on the results and performance of your store during the service term, including revenue and sales metrics.
- Extensions are offered as the first step to ensure optimal results before any refunds are processed.
- Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted within 14 days following the end of the extension period.
